Judy Ann Santos and her co-star Gladys Reyes, gained local fame because of their recognition when they appeared in the teleserye “Mara Clara”. Mara Clara became a really famous show in the Philippines in the 90’sGladys played the antagonist and Judy Ann played the leading role. The result is Gladys receiving a lot of hate because of her character in the show and the mass praising her character as Mara David in the role. This made the two boost their career and launch into immediate stardom.
