Only a few weeks ago, 20-year-old internet sensation Marlou Arizala was offered by ABS-CBN’s show “Rated K” a cosmetic surgery – free of charge. It was the former Hasht5 member’s dream to alter his appearance to stop receiving lots of hate from people due to his looks. And just last week, he revealed himself as Xander Ford, an entirely different person who we can already call “handsome.”

Xander has been receiving lots of negative reactions from people as he went under the knife. And once again, he became the subject of controversy after allegedly omparing himself to the award-winning actor and comedian Empoy Marquez.

He uploaded it on his personal Facebook account. The post featured pictures of Empoy and Xander alongside each other with the text : “Sino Mas Gwapo? A. Empoy B. Xander.”
