Xander Ford or Marlou Arizala, has been recently trending because of the reveal of his new face. A lot of people were curious to see his new face to compare on his previous. He had showed his face after he had undergone cosmetic surgery. He was recently featured in Rated K because of his physical change.

According to Xander Ford, even though it’s hard or painful, he can bear it because it has always been his dream ever since. It was his goal, to change himself so that other people can’t judge him of his appearance anymore.

A lot of people reacted to his change of appearance. Some of it were positive opinions and some were negative. Pokwang defended Xander because of the bashers. She said “dati dipa pinapaayos ang mukha bina bash, ngayon nagpaaayos na bina bash parin?Wag ganon may karma ang panglalait! Tao nga nman #XanderFord”.  A lot of netizens agreed to her tweet and said that it’s just the nature of some Filipinos to do those things and they just need someone to help them change their opinion. DJ Chacha also agreed with Pokwang, saying “Pero dahil bashers nga sila, wala silang ibang buhay kungdi mambash siguradong may talak pa rin silang di maganda kay Xander Ford.”.  Cacai Bautista just said that he shouldn’t forget his old self and his true name because if it wasn’t for it, he would not have come to this point.
