Which is probably why Angelica Panganiban, Judy Ann Santos, and Joross Gamboa were really happy to meet the one and only Steven Seagal as they were having what they thought would just be an ordinary day. Seems like the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig is now memorable for them! On her personal Instagram account, Angelica uploaded a photo of their unexpected running into “Under Siege” actor Steven Seagal. Her post came along with the caption that read:
