WATCH: Binatilyo, pinagtripan at niratrat ang ilang residente sa Tondo

There was a suspect that was arrested, a 16 year old that was firing his gun. The incident happened inn tondo manila. The suspect was arrested and admitted to the police the incident. It was caught on CCTV. In a Facebook post he was also seen with other people repacking illegal substance, but denied his involvement.
