A dog has been spotted tied up and relinquished as surge waters from Hurricane Harvey ascend around it.

Photos gone up against Saturday by the DailyMail.com demonstrate the pooch tied to an utility pole in Victoria, Texas, where as much as 10 crawls of rain have immersed the territory in the previous 24 hours.

The picture taker released the stricken pooch from the shaft and conveyed it out of the water to security.

The district stays under a glimmer surge cautioning, and Texas authorities have cautioned more than once against leaving pets and animals tied up in the components.
