The suspect was identified as Alberto Garan which had a heated argument with his girlfriend. The suspect then stabbed others and killing 5 people. Garan was also killed after he fought back to the responding Police. Garan first stabbed her girlfriend, Emelyn Sagun then pushed her off the staircase and she fell down to the basement. The suspect went to the Condominium and stabbed other tenants.
